Very respectful management, you can tell they are doing there best . It's a rough area and maybe some rough people around but there is not any innocent people here being victimized. If your in this area you know why you came location, the people, or work. You rent a room on Colfax and go in expecting the Marriott your gonna leave a bad review. Your getting your money's worth when you stay here the rooms are always clean and I've never seen bugs or been bitten everyone on here lieing about all that just cause they didn't have a good time or gave there money to the wrong person. Nothing to do but hate on a small business that's going strong.
So it is what it is which is a cheap hotel on colfax but the rooms are all getting remodeled and when we got there the room we paid for which was only 85 bucks was just cleaned and smelled amazing! There are people who live there who will come say hi to you but nothing crazy about them very friendly! Just like the guy who works at the front desk! So nice very friendly even made me laugh!! The lady up the street at th3 denver west was trying to charge me an extra 100 dollars for my fiance who came to see me and our son but never checked into the front desk. Very nice environment and NO BED BUGS OR ROACHES AT ALL!! The bathroom was clean! Very nice!! We will be back!!!!
This motel is one I'll continue to rent from, the owners are super nice and Everytime I've rented here which is over 10 times and once I stayed a whole week. The prices are fair and get cheaper the longer you stay. I've checked in really late once and although there were no vacant rooms the owner cleaned up a room and rented it out to me because it was very cold out, I also had my puppy with me those times when he was just about two months old. They gave us a better room the following day, and then gave us a studio the time we spent a week there. They are the best at communication and friendly offering free soda once in a while when you talk with them. They will treat you well if you respect their property and rules. The bathrooms are clean in the refurbished ones I can tell they were refurbishing a few rooms when I was there. Meaning they are putting money into their business for a better customer experience. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Lots of room for the price. Full sized fridge and freezer was such a nice reprieve from the mini fridges in a few hotels ( IF they even had one). Pet friendly and *Lee* (I think) was doing a great job fixing the unoccupied rooms. Treated fairly at the front desk. Thankful for the opportunity of a place to lay my head.
I've been here for a few weeks now and I haven't had any issues, housekeeping is always outside cleaning up trash that's left over and the rooms are clean. The one I'm in is a nice size, it's comfortable, the hotel owner is a nice guy, and housekeeping is nice. The rates don't change which is nice, it's a flat rate. Just as long as you follow the rules, pay your room and respect the property you'll be ok. The location is perfect, stores all around within walking distance, walmart is only a 20 min walk. There's RTG at every corner as well.
